Timmy is a ten-year-old boy whose life is not quite normal. He has fairy godparents named Cosmo and Wanda, who make Timmy's wishes come true. Only Timmy is not always very specific about his wishes and more than once things get completely out of hand!

As a child I never really found it funny, I was annoyed by the male fairy. Drawings also nothing special, stories are mediocre. I found this really very mediocre.
