Danny Phantom plot

Danny Phantom, a shy boy of fourteen years. His parents are ghost hunters. One day after his parents built a haunted portal that provides access to the haunted zone, his girlfriend Sam persuaded him to enter the portal. While Danny was in the portal and pressed a button, it turned on and his DNA was mixed with ghost DNA (Ectoplasm), making Danny a half-ghost and given different powers. He can switch between Danny Fenton (human) and Danny Phantom (ghost). He mainly uses his powers to fight ghosts. His worst enemy is another half-ghost named Vlad.
