C.O.P.S. plot
The year is 2020 and Empire City is plagued by several bad guys. COPS stands for Central Organization of Police Specialists and is a special team of police officers, who have elements of cyborgs and thus give each member specific talents. Their mission is to fight crime in the Empire City metropolis. The biggest enemies are The Big Boss and his henchmen.
