Angel Beats! plot

Teenager Yuzuru Otonashi wakes up with no memory at a school in the afterlife. He meets Yuri Nakamura, a girl who invites him to fight for the Afterlife Battlefront, an organization she founded. They fight against God because of their unfair circumstances in life. Their direct enemy is Angel, the student council president. She has supernatural powers and may be God's henchman. As Otonashi joins in, he tries to regain his memories, understand Angel and gradually unravel the mysteries of the afterlife.
