Tin Man plot

Dorothy Gale, aka DG, is mature and bored. She travels around, works as a waitress and goes to school part-time. Before she knows it, she's back in OZ (aka Outer Zone) on the run from the evil sorceress Azkadellia and her stormtroopers. Along the way, she encounters several strange characters, including the mindless Glitch, Raw, a cowardly and psychologically deranged lion-human crossbreed. She also meets the very strange Wyatt Cain, a cowboy cop from Central City who is called the "tin man" because of his tin badge.

A dark sequel to The Wizard of Oz. I've seen this one many times and still find it a fun miniseries.
