Riptide plot

Cody Allen and Nick Ryder have been good friends for years and served together in Vietnam. Now they have decided to start a detective agency together. Realizing that technology plays a big role in many investigations, the boys decide to enlist the help of Murray "Boz" Bozinsky, whom they know from their military service. Boz is a brilliant scientist and computer hacker but socially inept. The team operates from Cody's boat, the Riptide, which is docked at Pier 56 in King Harbor, California.
