The Facts of Life plot

A group of girls attend Eastland School, a New York boarding school, where they experience all the joys and tribulations of their age under the guidance of homemaker Mrs. Garrett. The series focuses in particular on Mrs. Garrett and how she grows from a stay-at-home mother and dietician to a manager. In the meantime, she will have to deal with all the vicissitudes surrounding the young ladies in her house.
