FMA: Brotherhood from a few years later, the complete manga follows. This is an anime that was made while the manga was still running. What follows is that the first few arcs from this anime follow the manga faithfully and because the manga was still running, they get much more in-depth than in Brotherhood. The second part of the anime, however, has an anime-only ending and goes in a completely different direction from the manga. That made-up ending is pretty good, by the way, so don't worry.

FMA: Brotherhood faithfully follows the entire manga, and therefore sometimes has less humor and depth than this adaptation, but has better pacing and story. Both are highly recommended, but I still prefer Brotherhood. Especially since the character Greed is missing here, at least not complete
