Treme plot
Treme depicts life in a New Orleans neighborhood during the aftermath of the 2005 hurricane. Three months after Hurricane Katrina, the people of New Orleans struggle to rebuild their lives, their homes, and their unique culture. Among them are musicians, chefs and Mardi Gras Indians.

Everything is aimed at the great emotion with all the associated bells and whistles, but the fourth season of 'Treme' (2013) is closed appropriately modestly. It refers back to the previous seasons - mainly with the now familiar contrasts between human suffering and the cohesion of music culture - while the various storylines are completed. Apparently they no longer had the budget for ten major episodes, but with half the number of episodes, the focus is back on the music and less on social realism. Treme goes full circle, and at the end I had to shed a tear because this special music series is now really over.
