And through!
This third season is again unexpectedly strong. How is it possible? Often these kinds of series remain what they were originally intended for: entertainment. The Boys, Black Sails, Orphan Black, and Suits just to name a few. That's why I was so surprised that season 2 really took steps compared to the very entertaining first season.
The bizarre thing is that it has not lost anything in terms of entertainment value. Perhaps slightly less sex scenes, but as indicated earlier, that was not necessarily the charm of the previous seasons. This third part really builds on the last episodes of the previous season with a lot more tension, thick action, and mainly stronger storylines.
I never thought during season 1 that a number of storylines could intrigue and even touch me so much. Pretty much every episode is a highlight in its own right, complimenting each other really flawlessly, and just when you feel comfortable it's given a pendulum.
Yes, this is really great television!

And oh, I wrote at the end of last season that I really wish we would see more Siobhan. Well believe me that episode 5 felt like a Red Wedding 2.0. Emotionally broken, but done so incredibly strong.
