"IT'S THAT SINGING COWBOY - JIMMY WAKELY"

Jimmy Wakely is on his way to Don Roberto Lopez's ranch to investigate the missing shipment of gold. Along the way he encounters the bandit Texas Kid, where the bandit manages to steal Wakely's clothing, containing a letter stating what and who Wakely is. The Texas Kid commits a murder that is blamed on Wakely. Wakely, meanwhile, has dressed up as the Texas Kid and joins the gang suspected of stealing the gold shipments.
