The Phantom Cowboy plot

"SIX-GUN ACTION ON THE BORDER"

Stan Borden, with the help of his accomplice Sheriff Ben Jeffers, plans to take possession of the Toreno Ranch. While Borden and Jeffers evict the ranch's staff, Miguel Garcia's father is killed. Miguel then becomes the masked El Lobo. When Jim Lawrence arrives, he joins Miguel to battle Borden and Jeffers together.
