The New Maverick plot

At his brother's funeral, Bret meets his cousin, who claims that he is still getting money from Uncle Bart. As always, Bret is broke, but he does take Cousin Ben in tow. They quarrel with a corrupt judge who organizes a train robbery in which Bret's money is stolen. In addition, he begins to suspect that his brother is still alive.
