Gunsmoke Trail plot
When saloon owner Bill Larson learns of Moose Walters' legacy, he kills Walters and assumes his identity. Larson also picks up Walters' niece Lola Day, who has come west to visit her uncle. Jack Lane falls in love with Lola and suspects that Larson wants to kill her. The unwitting Lola isn't happy with Jack's meddling, but despite this, a bloody showdown between Jack and Larson, who outnumbers the gang of outlaws led by Loma, seems inevitable.
