The territory of Arizona groans under the terror of bandits and assassins. Fred Gately, the editor of the Bolton City News, is murdered after making an appeal to the President of the United States in his newspaper. His daughter Ann and his assistant Nugget Clark continue the fight and manage to get the president to agree to come and check. The big boss behind all criminal activity is planning an attack on the president.
