Bordertown Trail plot
"A TWO-FISTED TORNADO...Sunset Carson...trapping sly smugglers...in a thrilling battle of six-guns...and guts!"
A gang opposes the declaration of the state of Texas and they smuggle everything they can across the border to stop the state formation. Sunset Carson and his comrade Frog Millhouse patrol the border. They receive a message from their secret agent Matthews that a shipment of gunpowder is being smuggled across the border. Sunset and Frog intercept Hank and his smugglers and a firefight ensues. When both return to Border Patrol HQ, they learn that the US Army, commanded by Sunset's brother, Lieutenant Victor Carson, now has full authority over Border Patrol. Meanwhile, New Orleans, the leader of the opposers to the state-building, finds out that Matthews is a spy and has him killed.
