Hai Jun Tu Ji Dui plot

It is 1937 and the Second Sino-Japanese War, which has only just begun, has erupted in full force. Near Japanese-occupied Shanghai, a small Chinese fleet patrols the river to prevent the Japanese fleet from moving upstream. A torpedo boat is sent out to destroy the Japanese flagship Izuma. But the journey is not without its dangers as they can only travel at night and the river is strewn with mines at certain points. When they are discovered and their boat is destroyed, the crew manage to escape and sneak into Shanghai. Surrounded by enemies and disillusioned at the loss of their boat, they are even more determined to complete their mission.
