"Sins - the past catches up"
Once a member of the infamous Sicilian Cortello clan, Davide (Giovanni Martorana) turned his back on his family to join the ruthless Don Frederico. After an accident in which he loses his sight and memory, he decides to return to his roots. On an Italian train, he meets a mysterious woman and a priest, Father Leonard (Danny Glover), who instinctively senses that Davide is struggling with his conscience. However, the priest hides a horrifying secret and it soon becomes clear that their lives have many similarities. The journey reveals that past sins cannot simply be forgotten, let alone forgiven...
