Psycho Storm Chaser plot

"If the storm doesn't kill you... he will."

Nurse Abby Fields cares for a woman who is in a coma. When warned of a dangerous hurricane, Abby is forced to stay at the woman's house. The hurricane may hit the house, but that doesn't seem to be Abby's biggest problem. She also has to deal with Carl Highstrom, a serial killer.
