"Dramatik in der berühmtesten Wache der Welt"

Glantz is the head of the uniformed police in St. Pauli, a port area in Hamburg where prostitution and violence are the order of the day. He does his best to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Bruno Kapp has just been released from prison and it looks like he wants revenge on Glantz who is responsible for his years in prison. Glantz doesn't take this too seriously, but suddenly he's on a roof... with Kapp, who has a gun!
