What do you do when as a secret agent you have absolutely nothing to do and no conspiracy is uncovered? Then you just make them up. Jim Wormold is the agent who makes up facts, pretends to recruit agents and discovers secret networks. Over time it appears to be increasingly difficult to maintain this.
