Dying to Remember plot

"A woman goes to a psychiatrist because she is plagued by recurring nightmares. The psychiatrist tells her that she was involved in a murder in San Francisco in a past life, and the nightmares are related to that crime"

A woman has a recurring nightmare where she falls down an elevator shaft. A psychiatrist advises her to try to find that elevator shaft, and she ends up in a building in San Francisco. She discovers that someone actually fell down that shaft on her birthday. The nightmares become more and more apparent and she discovers that the woman was being pushed.
