Danger beneath the Sea plot
The USS Lansing is the most feared submarine in the world due to its massive nuclear firepower. If a North Korean test with an atomic missile fails, all electromagnetic radiation and communications are lost. The Lansing crew believes a nuclear war has begun and immediately prepares for a massive attack. One man, Captain Sheffield (Casper van Dien), isn't convinced it's war, but the crew thinks otherwise. Sheffield must take control to save the world from total destruction.
