Mean Guns plot
A gangster boss (Ice-T) has a list of 100 people who screwed up one thing or another. Instead of killing them right away, he decides to have a little fun by putting them together unarmed in a maximum-security prison. Then he dumps crates of guns, ammunition, and baseball bats on it and let them fight it out. The last 3 survivors will receive a prize of 10 million dollars.
