Since graduating several years ago, Dwayne McLaren has been looking for a way out of the small town of Cut Bank where he grew up. When he finds himself in the wrong place at the right time, he and his girlfriend Cassandra seize the opportunity for a better life in the big city. But luck doesn't exist in Cut Bank, and his luck is soon followed by a torrent of bad karma.
