Who goes to the cinema on Christmas Eve? For example, the lonely soul like Anna (Bettina Kupfer), who works at the airport, who wants to experience a few nice things before her planned suicide on New Year's Eve. At the checkout, she meets boisterous Eddie (Armin Rohde), who invites her to a bratwur stew and tells her about his work as a bus driver. He causes a light romance to develop with Anna.
