L'Éden et Après plot

A group of bored Parisian students gather in the nightclub and hall of mirrors "Café Eden", to participate in bizarre role-playing and S&M rituals. The arrival of a mysterious teller of African stories sparks their imagination, especially when he invites one of them to be liberated from the oppressive limitations of rational Western thinking.
