Barnum! plot

"The Prince of Humbug gives you a musical tour of his life!"

After Phineas Taylor Barnum joins James A. Bailey, they form a circus called The Greatest Show on Earth. Barnum's free spirit provides many new ideas. For example, he bought Joice Heath, the oldest woman in the world, as an attraction and set up a museum with all kinds of rarities. After an escapade with Jenny Lind, a beautiful Swedish singer, he returns to his wife Charity, who encourages him to enter politics. After Charity dies, Barnum rejoins Bailey to co-create the largest circus in the world.
