"Happily ever after begins with a dream."
Kat Decker is a girl who dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter. However, she is a singing elf in Santaland so she can pay her bills. She falls for Nick. He's the handsome new Santa, but her family now threatens her happiness. They have realized that Kat has been invited to the Wintergarden Christmas Gala and they are more than happy to put a stop to that.

Well... Someone has to be first.
Watched this movie yesterday. And I have to admit that he doesn't disappoint me at all. Usually Christmas movies are less than B-movies but this one just makes it with verve.
The combination Cinderella meets Christmas is a nice one. Although it is of course clear from the outset what will happen. Still, I continued to look imperturbable and actually got a sympathetic feeling for Kat.
We take the "mean" stepmother and sisters for granted Although the stupid one of the two was well acted
Actually an easy sit (because you basically know what's coming) although the end was a big disappointment for me.
This one was sooooo sweet and rushed that it actually detracts from the whole film.

This should be the last part of the famous "Cinderella Story", and was released on the 15th anniversary of the original A Cinderella Story released. However, it did not stop there, and two years ago A Cinderella Story: Starstruck was released. This time the leading role is reserved for Laura Marano. She is assisted by her best friend Isla (Isabella Gomez), and her dog on wheels named Bruno. This is probably a tribute to the dog from Cinderella. Gomez also made her acting debut with this film.
This fifth part received quite a bit of criticism regarding the horrible autotune. In addition, the story has little to offer because we are familiar with the concept. Apart from that, the film still looks airy.
