"She's Taking a STAB at Motherhood!"
To the children and staff of the orphanage, Auntie Roo (Winters) is a friendly American widow, who throws very cozy Christmas parties in her house every year. But actually she is a severely disturbed woman who keeps the mummified remains of her daughter in the attic. When a little orphaned girl (Franks) comes to one of her Christmas parties, she is reminded of her daughter and keeps the girl captive in the attic. No one believes her brother, Christopher (Lester), when he tells what happened.
