The Towel Man plot

There's a bogeyman on the run in Hampton Roads Virginia. One who rapes people and has been given the name 'The Towel Man' because he covers his face with towels. He also binds his victims with towels when he assaults them. The mystery behind the serial rapist takes a violent turn when he turns into a murderer through a series of blunders and simple mistakes. The bodies pile up as the police track him down.
