The Mind's Eye plot
"Mind Over Matter."
Zack has psychokinetic powers and after an arrest ends up in the clinic of the mysterious Dr. Slovak, a telekinesis expert who helps people with these gifts. There he meets Rachel, a young woman with the same gifts as himself. Zack soon suspects that Slovak is secretly tapping genetic material and injecting it into himself. It's then up to him to stop the doctor and save Rachel before it's too late.
