Kuroyuri Danchi plot
Asuka is a nursing student who has just moved into an apartment complex with her parents and younger brother. Some mysterious deaths took place here 13 years ago. On the first night in her new room, Asuka is awakened by a strange sound of scratching coming from the apartment of her neighbour, a withdrawn old man. Concerned about the man, Asuka enters his home, and finds him dead, having died of malnutrition. Worse, it looks like he had tried to claw his way into her room. Later, she learns of the mysterious deaths from Shinobu Sasahara, the complex's handyman who is cleaning the deceased man's home. When the nocturnal scratching returns, she seeks help from Sasahara...
