A group of mischievous treasure hunters with half a treasure map are lured to a mansion on a deserted island. Their "host" is the quirky Tobias (Leo Carillo), who owns the other half of a precious treasure map. One by one, the treasure hunters are killed by a mysterious killer, with Tobias being the first victim.
