"Welcome to the amusement park."
When Funland amusement park owner Angus Perry (William Windom) dies, the park can no longer run. When the park is finally sold to the Burger family, a lot will change. Bruce Burger (David L. Lander), the new owner of Funland, adapts the attractions to his personal, strange and dark taste.
