The Raging Tide plot
"Not even the fury of the lashing sea ... could match the raging passions that bound them !"
A San Francisco bandit is taken out by fellow criminal Bruno Felkin, who turns himself in by telephone to homicide Lieutenant Kelsey. Bruno is chased by the police because his alibi is false, but he manages to escape and flees via a fishing boat. At sea, Bruno learns how to catch fish from fisherman Hamil Linder. In return, Bruno teaches Carl, skipper Linder's son, how to crack locks. Carl becomes increasingly interested in Bruno's girlfriend Connie.
