Hunde, Wollt Ihr Ewig Leben plot
Winter 1943. The harsh winters on the Eastern Front have dispelled any memory of the glamorous Third Reich for the soldiers of the German Sixth Army. The war against the Russians turns out to be a real war of attrition, in which comradeship is the only thing that keeps the boys going. Now they are trapped and surrounded in Stalingrad. Starved and given up by Hitler, they embark on a hopeless battle that takes the lives of more than 400,000 German soldiers...
