Zmruz Oczy plot
Jasiek, a worn out teacher without a job, lives on a somewhat strange-looking farm. He doesn't live there alone: numerous eccentric characters who are even further from reality than Jasiek himself, keep him company. Then there is Mała, a spirited girl of ten who has run away from home because her materialistic parents did not have time for her, who has found shelter with Jasiek. Mała's father comes to visit her with the intention of convincing her to return home, but he is not very convincing to his daughter. Jasiek looks at it all with sorrow, just as he does with everything, and in particular with the strange figures that appear in his yard. All this leads to a number of hallucinatory scenes, each of which nevertheless bear witness to its own logic. And then Jasiek decides that it is high time to break through his isolation?
