Zhifu plot
A young man has a modest job in a launderette and in the meantime tries to get his ailing father's pension from his (now closed) factory. One day a police uniform is left in the laundromat and he puts it on. He discovers that he can pose as a cop and he likes his newfound power. He picks up a girl at a record store with it and can supplement his income with some bribes.
