Anamarija starts her job as a counselor at a new school and gradually begins to find her place in this unfamiliar environment. Together with her, the viewers begin to find out what kind of people the teachers are. They experience the petty quarrels in the teachers' lounge, the bickering between students, the communication with parents and ultimately the power games behind the scenes.
