Zaraza plot

dr. Adam Rawicz, a young doctor, one day discovers a case of smallpox. However, no one wants to believe him. Instead of taking immediate and efficient action, much energy is wasted overcoming indifference, hesitation, apathy and bureaucracy. When the danger of an epidemic has passed and the awards are handed out, those who have made an effort are not there.
