During the Korean War, residents of the remote mountain village of Dongmakgol are shocked when North Korean and South Korean army units are stranded and forced to live together in the community. The situation gets even weirder when an American plane pilot is forced to make an emergency landing nearby and depends on the hospitality of the villagers.
