Visceral plot

A lawyer, but especially a mother, dives into the world of the organ mafia in order to save her son's life. Esra, Ekrem, Dilhan and Toprak do not know each other. But their lives and goals will intersect in the dark corridors of the organ mafia. An unscrupulous struggle to the death for survival. In a hard and exhausting battle where money, urgency and crime reign supreme. Only the morbid reality is: 'survival means irrevocably the death of another'. How can this vicious circle be broken?
