Una Questione d'Onore plot
In a village in Sardinia, two families are in conflict, and killing seems to be the only way for them to solve their problems. Instead of doing his job, Efisio - a professional killer - spends the night with his wife and his victim is killed by someone else. Now he needs a solid alibi, but he can't tell the truth and everyone thinks his wife is pregnant by someone else. Torn between the risk of being charged with murder or losing his honour, he gives the impression of wanting to punish his wife for her act, but things get out of hand. What follows is a true tragedy...
