Una Caja de Botones plot

Andrés and his family are having a hard time. His wife is in a coma and the contact with his daughter Irene is not good. Due to lack of money, Irene never gets a present, except for things for school. However, she hopes to receive a present on Epiphany. Andrés decides to tell her the secret behind that party.
