The Witch in the Window plot
Simon, a divorced father, along with his estranged twelve-year-old son Finn, goes to Vermont to repair an old farmhouse. There they discover the malevolent ghost of a previous owner, a notoriously cruel woman named Lydia. With every repair Simon makes, he also makes her spirit stronger...until a terrifying encounter leaves him questioning whether he can protect his son from the evil that is rampant in their minds and hearts.
