The Winner's Circle plot

"Turfdom's greatest moments! The thrills! The drama! The glamor of the sport of kings!"

This film is a semi-documentary style life story about a famous racehorse from birth. The first steps, the training, the timing and the first test race are shown. However, the horse rears up at the starting gate, his jockey falls and is injured. The horse is sold to various stable owners until it is returned to its original owner Tom Trent. Tom's daughter Jean has always had faith in the horse. After rigorous training with failures and setbacks, the horse gets another chance on its third birthday at the famous Santa Anita Racecourse.
