The Whip plot

Lord Brancaster is a decent and upright British man of nobility. One day Brancaster loses his memory after an accident. Brancaster is allowed to interact with horses during his rehabilitation period and he becomes involved in the training of the horse 'The Whip'. The Whip is being trained to compete in the horse races at Ascot. Attempts by strangers to prevent The Whip from entering the races at Ascot and Brancaster from losing his rightful possessions almost seem to succeed.
