In the Southern United States, a slave who was gifted with exceptional talent worked on a plantation. His beautiful voice allowed him to leave the world of slavery. He moved north where he became one of the most successful singers. When he had become rich and completely independent, he decided to return to Africa with a mission: to free the people, who were under the power of the medicine men, from their form of slavery so that they could enjoy freedom and equality, something that everyone is entitled to.
