The Crystal Cup plot
A beautiful young girl was raised by her bitter mother to hate all men, but her beauty causes men to constantly chase her. She rejects them all, leading some to think she is a lesbian. To quell those rumors, she begins a platonic relationship with a young writer, but things don't quite go as planned.
